Coach management on conducting the lay off

Provide displaced employees with job coaching and a 30 day initial game plan

Treat your employees with dignity and respect

Work with your employees to develop an exit strategy (leaving the workplace, removing personal items, what to tell others, returning company property)

Act as a go-between for the company and impacted individuals to address all necessary issues

Assist in coordinating announcement efforts to community and other employees

Plan worker transition programs including job transition workshops, before and after termination, job fairs, employer visits, unemployment insurance coordination, and other support programs

Provide follow up assistance to ensure a quick and effective transition to another job
